Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada, an Afghan American actress in the United States who has appeared in numerous TV shows. The family she was born into fled Afghanistan, and tried to seek refuge in the US. Her birthplace was in the US. Her family raised her with sisters who resided in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada made her debut on television by appearing in numerous National Commercials. Ghanizada was portrayed by Chiara in Laura Neri's movie A Kiss on the Nose (2003). For this performance, she received a nomination in the festival's Cannes Film Festival, for the Best Actress Award. Television guest-starring roles are How I Met Your Mother Veronica Mars the Wedding Bells, NUMB3RS bones, Psych as well as Castle.
